I've known him for more than a decade and worked with him on a variety of non-profit activities for the past five years. He has drive and a commitment to excellence in everything that he does. What impresses me most is his ability to work across generations and personality types to gain consensus on challenging issues, and then drive to a positive resolution. He always seems to have the end result front and center in his thinking. This helps him see past potential roadblocks and drive to the desired outcome. He's organized, methodical in his approach, and detail oriented. Best of all, he is simply a great person. Someone you genuinely like to be around because he makes you feel important, and puts your welfare equal to his own. In client service, I can think of no better characteristic.

"I am so grateful for Bio-One. I called and spoke with the owner, and he gave me a next day appointment. The price was competitive. I had an infestation of mice, and they were located primarily in the pantry. He reassured me that this was a job his business could handle and walk me through the process so I would know what to expect. On the day of the appointment he sent me a reminder Text and another text to let me know when he was in route. He and his nephew, Mr. Atakan Efe, arrived 10 minutes early to the job. I showed them the pantry and they got to work. They went above and beyond not only cleaning/guttering/disinfecting the pantry, but also cleaned underneath the stove, refrigerator, and the ENTIRE floor.
