"I am so grateful for Bio-One. I called and spoke with the owner, and he gave me a next day appointment. The price was competitive. I had an infestation of mice, and they were located primarily in the pantry. He reassured me that this was a job his business could handle and walk me through the process so I would know what to expect. On the day of the appointment he sent me a reminder Text and another text to let me know when he was in route. He and his nephew, Mr. Atakan Efe, arrived 10 minutes early to the job. I showed them the pantry and they got to work. They went above and beyond not only cleaning/guttering/disinfecting the pantry, but also cleaned underneath the stove, refrigerator, and the ENTIRE floor. They also plugged the holes where the mice were coming out of. They gave me advice on what to do next. I am above and beyond grateful for them. I feel like I can use my kitchen again.
